President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has arrived in Lagos to spend the Christmas and New Year holidays.
The Special Adviser to the President on Information and Strategy, Mr. Bayo Onanuga, disclosed this in a press statement Wednesday.
He said the Lagos State Governor, Mr. Babajide Sanwo-Olu, the Deputy Governor, Obafemi Hamzat, and cabinet members received the President at the presidential wing of the Murtala Muhammed International Airport.
Before his departure to Lagos, the President presented the 2025 budget, totalling N47.9trn, before a joint session of the National Assembly in Abuja.
Veteran actor Abiodun Ayo Yinka, popularly known as Papa Ajasco, was also among those who greeted the President on his arrival at the airport.
