Nigeria’s National Defence College (NDC) is actively pursuing a strategic partnership with its Portuguese counterpart to enhance its academic curriculum, foster a deeper exchange of ideas, and strengthen overall academic activities.
This initiative was announced by the Commandant of NDC, Rear Admiral Abdullahi Ahmed, during a courtesy visit to the Portuguese Embassy on Friday in Abuja.
Ahmed stated that the proposed collaboration aims to cement the already existing relationship between Nigeria and Portugal.

He said it will focus on curriculum exchange and comparison, along with sharing other vital information to enhance academic excellence in both institutions.
A statement said: “The Commandant expressed his commitment towards academic excellence of NDC through mutual interaction with other countries’ Defence Colleges.”
