The Association of Nigerian Authors (ANA) prize judges have released the shortlists for the association’s 2022 literary prizes.
Secretary of the association, Mr Maik Ortserga, explained in a press statement that the release of the shortlists was in preparation for the 41st International Convention of the association and the commissioning of the first phase of ANA Hotels and Library, “a project that is a follow-up to last year’s commissioning of Chinua Achebe International Conference Centre located within the same Writers’ Village” in Abuja.
Ortserga added that the winners of the various prizes will be announced at the awards’ dinner on October 29.
The convention has been scheduled to hold from October 26 to 29 at the Chinua Achebe International Conference Centre, Mamman Vatsa Writers Village, Mpape, Abuja.
Below are the lists in no particular order:
