Kannywood actress Jidda Muhammad Kontagora, popularly known as Fulani in the long-running TV series ‘Labari Na’, has died yesterday evening.

She passed away in a hospital in her hometown Kontagora, Niger State, after a period of illness caused by stomach ulcer, which she battled for about two months.

Her funeral will take place today, Friday, at about 10:00 a.m. in Kontagora.

The late actress was one of the cast members of ‘Labari Na,’ where she played the role of Fulani, the wife of the Sarkin Gabas.

May Allah have mercy on her soul and forgive her. Amen.
