There was a change of baton today at the Federal Ministry of Humanitarian Affairs, Disaster Management and Social Development.

The Honourable Minister, Hajiya Sadiya Umar Farouq, bid farewell to the outgone Permanent Secretary, Malam Bashir Nura Alkali, and welcomed the new Permanent Secretary, Malam Nasir Sani Gwarzo, in her office in Abuja.
