An Ikeja Sexual Offences and Domestic Violence Court has sentenced the Medical Director of Optical Cancer Care Foundation, Dr Olufemi Olaleye, to double life imprisonment for defiling his wife’s niece.

The News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) reports that Justice Rahman Oshodi convicted Olaleye on charges of defilement and sexual assault by penetration.

The two-count charge was preferred by Lagos State Government.

The judge held that prosecution proved beyond reasonable doubt that Olaleye committed the offences.
