Former Senate President, Dr Ahmad Lawan, today paid a courtesy visit to former Nasarawa State Governor and former National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Senator (Dr.) Abdullahi Adamu (Turakin Keffi), at his residence in Keffi, Nasarawa State.

Writing about the visit on his social media handles, Lawan, who represents Yobe North Senatorial District, said: “Senator Abdullahi Adamu, a one-time lawmaker who represented Nasarawa West Senatorial District in the National Assembly, is a technocrat, a seasoned politician, an astute elder statesman, a distinguished parliamentarian and educationist, to mention but a few.

“He is the Chairman of the Board of Trustees and Founder of Phoenix University, Agwada, Nasarawa State.

“I found Senator Adamu in very good spirits, and we had a fruitful and engaging discussion.
